Her spirit is free and fresh just as her ice creams, like the last snow in spring. Julieta remembers her childhood as a shepherdess alongside her grandfather. By night, she hid in her secret corner, where her imagination flourished. With her skilled hands, she created unique ice creams inspired on the colours and flavours she would find around the nature. There was born her passion, a talent which softens all generations.

Alonso worked as a farmer during his childhood. Alongside his faithful donkey Rucio, he spent long days under the burning sun. Tired of such a life, he learnt the art of making delicious ice creams.
