Internal Rules at Puy du Fou España

In order to ensure your well-being and safety, please carefully read and adhere to the following rules.

I - OPENING OF THE PARK PUY DU FOU ESPAÑA

Periods and opening hours: Puy du Fou España Park is open for its general activity on the dates and times indicated on our website. Additionally, throughout the year, Puy du Fou España Park hosts conventions, seminars, receptions, and other events as part of its "Business Tourism" activity.

II – ACCESS

Access to Puy du Fou España Park:

Accessing Puy du Fou España Park, whether in a group or individually, implies acceptance of the present internal rules.

In the event of non-compliance with any of the prescriptions, any authorized employee may ask the violator to leave Puy du Fou España Park immediately and without any refund, thereby losing the price paid for the ticket.

Puy du Fou España will be exempt from all responsibility in the event of a force majeure incident requiring evacuation of the premises.

Anyone entering Puy du Fou España Park must possess an access ticket. Visitors are advised to check the validity and general conditions of the ticket before access.

Each ticket is valid for one person. It cannot be transferred to third parties during a visit or stay (1 ticket/day per person).

Damaged, dirty, or illegible tickets will not be accepted and will be considered invalid for access to Puy du Fou España Park and its shows. Puy du Fou España reserves the right to determine, based on its characteristics, if a ticket is invalid according to the aforementioned parameters.

Annual Pass holders must consult the purchase and use conditions of the Puy du Fou España annual Pass with our reception staff at the entrance of Puy du Fou España or on the website: www.puydufouespana.com/espana/es

For security reasons and in compliance with current legislation, Puy du Fou España reserves the right to visually inspect or use specific equipment to check visitors' clothing, coats, and personal effects at the entrance of Puy du Fou España Park and its premises. If the visitor refuses to undergo the inspection, Puy du Fou España reserves the right to deny entry. Access to Puy du Fou España Park will be prohibited once security checks are closed. We also advise limiting personal effects, bags, and luggage for faster access to the Park.

It is prohibited to bring into Puy du Fou España Park: any kind of weapons, dangerous or illicit objects or products (any sharp objects, cutters, bombs, explosives, scissors, aerosols/gas), drones, narcotics, alcoholic beverages, and any kind of objects or toys resembling firearms. Prohibited items handed over by visitors to Puy du Fou España employees will not be returned.

Minors must be accompanied by a family member or responsible adult to purchase a ticket and access Puy du Fou España Park.

Pets are not allowed inside Puy du Fou España Park, except for guide dogs.

Children's groups must be accompanied by adults, complying with current regulations.

If you wish to leave and re-enter Puy du Fou España Park on the same day, you will receive a stamp on your forearm or must present the access ticket to reception staff when exiting Puy du Fou España. Upon return, you must present this ticket again.

III – VEHICLE REGULATIONS

Motor vehicle circulation and parking are prohibited outside designated areas and in circulation spaces reserved for security and emergency vehicles.

There is no overnight parking service. The parking lot is only available during the park's opening hours, except for motorhomes, which will have a specific parking area.

Motor vehicle parking in designated areas is free, and Puy du Fou España is not responsible for any damages or theft of vehicles or objects within the vehicle. Parking is at the visitor's own risk.

A VIP parking service will be available to visitors, with purchase and use conditions available on the Puy du Fou España website.

Visitors must respect traffic regulations, including speed limits in parking areas. Visitors must also follow the parking attendant's instructions in the circulation areas of Puy du Fou España Park.

Any violation of parking or traffic regulations will be penalized according to the applicable Traffic Code, including the removal of obstructively parked vehicles.

IV - FACILITY PROTECTION

Lighting fires, using barbecues or similar equipment is strictly prohibited. The use of fireworks or similar items (rockets, firecrackers, etc.) is also prohibited.

The use of any type of aircraft to fly over Puy du Fou España Park is prohibited.

V – SAFETY OF PROPERTY AND PERSONS

Puy du Fou España Park is equipped with a protected video perimeter to ensure the safety of people and property. Puy du Fou España operates and is responsible for managing this system in accordance with current legislative and regulatory provisions. To exercise the right of access to images, contact the legal department at +34 925 96 23 04 or email: misdatos@puydufou.com The right of access does not imply the possibility of viewing images by the visitor, as this would violate data protection regulations by providing images of third parties without their authorization (art 15.4 of the GDPR). However, we can satisfy the right of access as established by the Spanish Data Protection Agency in its Instruction 1/2006, of November 8, by providing a certified document specifying the data that has been processed.

Under Royal Decree 137/1993, of January 29, which approves the Weapons Regulations, the sale of objects not classified as prohibited by art. 4 of the same legal body is permitted. The sale of objects considered dangerous to minors under 16 years unaccompanied by their parents/legal guardians is prohibited. PROTOCOL FOR SELLING SHARP OBJECTS: Any visitor purchasing a dangerous object within the Puy du Fou España facilities must collect it at the ticket office at the end of their visit, where it will be kept until they leave the premises.

Puy du Fou España is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings in Puy du Fou España Park. Visitors are advised to keep personal belongings in sight at all times.

Puy du Fou España reserves the right to manage abandoned objects in the most appropriate way, in collaboration with the competent authorities. If at the end of Puy du Fou España's current commercial season, these objects have not been claimed by their owner, they will be destroyed or donated to charities.

In case of danger or accident, visitors must follow the park's public address instructions and be guided by Puy du Fou España staff.

Any incident within Puy du Fou España Park that may result in liability for Puy du Fou España must be reported to the claims service and at the ticket office.

If the provisions of these Internal Regulations or the Security Plan are violated, the State Security Forces will be called to expel the offenders if they refuse to leave voluntarily.

VI - VISITOR BEHAVIOR

Visitor behavior at Puy du Fou España Park must not offend, disturb the peace, safety, and tranquility of other visitors, or compromise the cleanliness of the spaces provided.

Minors must be supervised by their parents or guardians. Whether accompanied or not, their parents or legal guardians are responsible for any damage they may cause to the Park, other visitors, or third parties.

To ensure the health and tranquility of everyone in Puy du Fou España Park, the following rules apply:

It is forbidden to:

  • Damage constructions, fences, decorations, trees, etc.
  • Steal or attempt to steal decorations, accessories, store or restaurant products, etc.
  • Touch animals or throw projectiles or any other objects at them.
  • Move outside areas marked by barriers, ropes, or signs stating “Visit Limit.”
  • Cross fences and safety railings, leave pathways, and climb rocks.
  • Enter corridors or service areas.
  • Bring and use any device operating by radiofrequency (Walkie Talkies, radio, Baby Phone...).
  • Use sound instruments.
  • Bring animals not belonging to the establishment.
  • Feed the animals.
  • Smoke or vape outside designated areas.
  • Enter wearing costumes from historical periods that could be confused with Puy du Fou España Park staff.
  • Bathe in water areas.
  • Wear attire that could conceal the face or hinder visitor identification.
  • Any behavior or attire that could offend the religious circumstances of visitors, as well as any act of political proselytism.
  • Distribute leaflets, pamphlets, and other printed materials.

All trash/cigarette butts must be disposed of in the bins/ashtrays provided for visitors. Help Puy du Fou España in its commitment to selective sorting by using the appropriate bin for your waste!

Puy du Fou España visitors must wear appropriate clothing throughout their visit to avoid offending public decency and good manners.

Puy du Fou España offers a wide gastronomic selection adapted to all needs. There are designated areas in the park for visitors to consume the food/drink they have brought. For security reasons, coolers (both rigid and backpack types) and alcoholic beverages are not allowed. Other terraces, tables, and benches in the park are for the exclusive use of visitors consuming food purchased at the park’s dining points.

For safety and comfort, selfie sticks are prohibited in all Puy du Fou España show venues. They should not be used to visually access behind the scenes or other places where Puy du Fou España has expressly placed physical barriers (ropes, fences, etc.) to preserve them from visitor view.

VII – SHOWS

Puy du Fou España reserves the right to modify and/or cancel a show or performance without prior notice if it cannot be held at the scheduled time or if it cannot take place at all. In such cases, Puy du Fou España is not obligated to provide any compensation to visitors.

Visitors are asked to respect the safety instructions given during various shows, especially in the “Cetrería de Reyes” area, where for safety reasons, we ask that all food be kept out of sight of the birds.

Visitors are requested not to leave the stands of Puy du Fou España shows before their conclusion for their own safety and out of respect for other visitors.

Photographing with flash or filming with lighting during indoor shows and nighttime shows is strictly prohibited. Only brief video fragments of our shows may be shared on social media.

For safety reasons, we ask that, if possible, strollers be left outside the stands in the designated areas.

Puy du Fou España is not responsible for the loss, theft, and/or damage of strollers and their contents.

The use of umbrellas during outdoor shows is strictly prohibited to avoid obstructing other visitors' visibility and for the safety and well-being of the birds, especially during the "Cetrería de Reyes" show.
