Flexible Rate
The Flexible Rate allows you to change the date of any type of entry to the park and/or night show. It also includes the rest of the services of the booking (restaurant, emotion pass, etc.).
At least 72 hours' notice is required before the date of the visit for the same product, within the same season. Consult calendar and opening times.
Subject to availability, capacity limits and general conditions of the products booked. For example, the type of ticket El Sueño de Toledo is not available on Saturdays during the season, so the date modification will be made under the same conditions.

Flexible Rate Conditions
- Only one change of date will be allowed, and successive changes of date cannot be made for the same ticket. Each Flexible Rate ticket is individual and its change does not imply the change of the remaining Flexible Rate tickets purchased by a single person (e.g. if a person has purchased 6 Flexible Rate tickets, he/she can change all or only part of them).
- If the ticket is exchanged for a higher fare, the difference must be paid. On the other hand, if the price is lower, Puy du Fou España will not pay the difference.
- The Flexible Rate can only be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be purchased after payment has been made.
- The Flexible Rate cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- The Flexible Rate does not entitle the customer to a refund of the tickets under any circumstances.
- In these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the term "ticket" refers to the park and night show together with the rest of the services associated with it (catering, thrill pass, etc.).
- 72h in advance means at least 72h in advance notice. For example, if the tickets have been purchased for Saturday, the customer will be able to change the ticket until Tuesday at 23:59h.
- Notices for the season 2025: The last day of the show Cetrería de Reyes is 2nd November 2025. Christmas is celebrated in December and January.
