After the great victory at Navas de Tolosa, a veteran from beyond the Pyrenees and his wife decided to move to the suburb. Missing the cuisine of their homeland, they decided to share their recipes with their neighbours. They quickly became famous. Now everyone in the suburb fills their bellies with the tasty crepes.
