El Obrador de Tomé

The centuries-old recipe for marzipan made into figurines, cakes and statues.

The centuries-old recipe from the old convents of Toledo. From father to son, the Tomé family mix almonds, honey and sugar to make the most traditional mazapán. Tomé is a sculptor as well as a baker, as can be seen in his marzipan carvings.
